No. Each person gets one link, by text or WhatsApp. They tap it and their week opens in their phone's browser. No app, no account, no password — and the same link still works next month. If they can open a text message, they can use SubShare.
Once someone has opened their link, their plan is cached on the device. They can still see today’s jobs, the address, the access code and the drawings in a plant basement, on a roof, or anywhere else the bars disappear.
There is no individual seat charge. Your monthly price depends on the number of people on your board: Free up to 10, $29 up to 20, and $59 up to 40. Above that, contact us for a quote. Site and file limits also vary by plan.

Revoking a link stops future access through that link. It cannot erase information someone has already seen, saved or downloaded. Change any site access codes they should no longer know.
