Do I pay for every worker on the board?
There is no individual seat charge. Choose a monthly crew-size bracket: Free up to 10 people, $29 up to 20, or $59 up to 40. Larger crews need a quote. Site and file limits also vary by plan.
What happens when the 14 days end?
14 days of Team features. No card required. Then continue on Free within its limits, or choose a paid plan. Free includes up to 10 people, 3 sites and 5 files per site. Compare the limits below before choosing.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You give us a card when you decide to pay, not before. There is no trial that quietly bills you on day 15.
What if my team is between brackets?
Take the bracket above. A 20-person Pro plan covers a team of 20; the 21st person moves you to Team. You can change bracket any time and we prorate it.
What if we are bigger than 40 people?
That is Enterprise. Tell us the shape of the team and how you run it now, and we will quote a price for it. Above 40 people the scheduling usually stops being one board, and we would rather build for that than sell you a bracket that does not fit.
What counts as a custom feature?
Anything the board does not do yet that your work depends on — an export your office needs in its own format, a field on a job that only your trade uses, a link into the system you already run. We scope it with you first, agree what it does and what it costs, and then build it. If it is something every team would want, it ships to everyone and you are not charged for it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from inside the app. No contract, no cancellation fee, no call. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then stops.
